Amla Commerce is recruiting an Account Manager. The position is responsible for managing customer relationships and organic revenue across a portfolio of accounts. As a software company, Amla Commerce sells software licenses and the implementation of the software may be provided by channel partners or sometimes by internal consulting teams. The account manager will manage both the license revenue and professional services revenue provided by Amla Commerce and may sometimes interact with channel partners during and after implementation.
The Account Manager is part of the sales and marketing team and will assist with other duties including understanding key customer success metrics, assisting the marketing team with case studies, and assisting in planning customer events including webinars and more. This position will serve in a cross-functional capacity and work closely with implementation teams, customer success managers and leadership.
