JOB SUMMARY

Amla Commerce is recruiting an Account Executive to on its Artifi Labs product. The position is responsible for managing customer relationships and organic revenue across a portfolio of accounts, pursuing new business leads, and assisting with product marketing. As a software company, Amla Commerce sells software Artifi licenses and the implementation of the software is often provided by internal consulting teams. The Account Executive will manage both the license revenue and professional services revenue provided by Amla Commerce and may sometimes interact with internal consulting and development teams during implementation.

The Account Executive is part of the sales and marketing team and will assist with other duties including understanding key customer success metrics, assisting the marketing team with case studies, and assisting in planning customer events including webinars and more. This position will serve in a cross-functional capacity and work closely with implementation teams, customer success managers and leadership.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Customer relationship management
  • Grow a portfolio of license revenue
  • Manage customer relationship during enterprise ecommerce software implementations 
  • Work inbound sales leads. Coordinate with technical team to get technical sales support and close deals
  • Assist marketing team with case studies and content about the product and customers.

Must-haves for this gig:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, etc. or equivalent experience.
  • 1+ years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written skills
  • Utilize CRM tools for tracking emails, conversations, opportunities and revenue
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong Sales skills.
  • Willingness to drive and organize conversations with customers
  • Understanding of ecommerce and professional services projects
  • Technical aptitude
